Hypoxia and proteomics
Research description
The endothelial cells are the main cell type involved in the formation of new capillaries in tumors. Through proteomics, we are identifying proteins which expression is regulated by hypoxia. The role of these proteins in endothelial cell survival end in neo-angiogenesis will then be studied.
