Reflexivity can be analysed in organizations practice and more specifically in educational establishments. In the context of research-action-training, we develop tools for organizational reflexivity and steps to help the actors of education to step back from their organizations and from how they operate inside of it. Such an ability represents for us a positive factor to educational innovation.
