Description

Ce projet établira aux Philippines (Bacolod) un système de planification environnementale participatif au moyen d'une base de donnée de type SIG. Ce système de planification va permettre d'utiliser le recyclage des déchets solides pour l'aide à la sécurité alimentaire de la ville.
