- Info
ReveR
- ReveR was established in 2003 by
private investors, public investors (Fonds de Capital à Risque s.a., Fonds
de Promotion de l’Innovation s.a.>) and the university of Namur
(FUNDP).
- To accomplish its
mission ReveR leverages the skills, methods and tools developed over the
past 15 years at FUNDP’s Laboratory of Database Application Engineering of
Prof. J.-L. HAINAUT and the extensive experience of its backers as service
providers to major organisations.
- To guarantee its
customers the most relevant methods and tools, ReveR continues to work
together with research laboratories and benefit from public funds to carry
through the industrialisation of the results.
- ReveR’s mission is to
develop and market methods, products and services that guarantee an IT
department’s total mastery of its knowledge asset, founded on comprehensive
in-depth knowledge of the technical components of its existing information
systems.
- This knowledge asset,
which is of strategic importance for organisations, is expressed in two
ways:
-
- Structured data, such
as those contained in files or databases
- Non-structured data,
such as those contained on Internet sites and in texts.
- For both of these, ReveR
proposes engineering, reverse engineering and re-engineering solutions in
the form of products, services and projects that offer every one of its
customers a response adapted to its personal needs.
- To achieve these
objectives, ReveR relies on a meticulous methodology, the competence of
experts and especially on an unequalled array of analysis and generation
tools.
