Project
Study of ultra thin polymer layers by electron and optical spectroscopies
Duration
1996-2000
Keywords
ultra-thin layer, polymers, XPS, FT-IR, FT-Raman
Description
The project aims to design, fabricate and characterize ultra-thin organic layers, organized on metallic and oxide substrates. These layers are to be optimized to meet precise applications like lubrification, electrical contact, or compatibilization of hybrid materials. Analytical tools to be developed are : UV-visible, Raman and ellipsometry.
