Description
This project aims to inscribe the problem of trust inside the governance theory with regard to an Internet Governance Forum. Starting from an epistemological analysis of trust and the limits of rationality, the main purpose consist to demonstrate the necessity of an integration of the human relations' radical uncertainty aspect into the reflexions about governance.
