Description

The main aim of the proposed study is to define the nature of Intellectual Property Licences and of the rights that follow from such licences, and to draw the theoretical and practical legal consequences of such definition. This analysis should enable a better comprehension of the rights and obligations of the IP rights owners and their licensees.
