Description

The contract has been concluded between University of Namur and ASBL Ciger a non profit organization and has as main objectives :

• to develop an comprehensive analysis of all the legal challenges raised by the introduction of e-mail within an administration and to suggest possible solution (including a Charter)
• to set up a pedagogical web site (distance learning) in order to allow administrations to well understand the multiple questions related to these new practices.
