The Center is involved in research on crisis management and organizational change. The researches take into account the cognitive dimension of management activities (perception, mental representation, ...) and the theory of complexity (emergence, auto-organization, ...). The principal topics are the role of human and organizational factors in crisis management, the individual and collective perception of risk, metaphore and organization, the developments of cognitive maping software (EVOQ©).
