Missions
- Create, analyze and develop of continuing education programs for education professionals: teachers, trainers, pedagogical advisors, training managers, school directors, etc.
- Creation, analysis and support for the set up of conditions for professional and organisational development
- Develop expertise in various fields linked to the educational world, focusing on practical needs: management of institutions, conducting organisations, team and collaborative work, practice analyses, differentiation, handling social difficulties, gifted and talented children and multiple intelligences
- Provide education professionals with continuous support in their professional development through trainings, meetings or think groups
- Develop practice analysis methodologies for the teaching-training field as well as of organizations
- Coordinate the continuing education of professors at the University of Namur
