Particularly concerned by the social significance of its activities, the Departement of Education and Technology (DET) is committed to three missions in research, training and service:

• research for the benefit of education, fitting in with a tangible educational reality and directed towards the creation of knowledge supporting the evolution of practice
• teaching and training aiming at developing genuine and applicable professional skills among teachers, educational staff and trainers
• both internal and external services directed towards the improvement of teaching and learning quality
